Henry's via Ebay canada has a used D800 "demo" with 2K clicks for 2K with a 2 year Nikon warranty. You could buy that and the Tamron just saying..

$1400 cheaper than the D810 would have been. About yhe cost of that Tamron...

Ya it was a pretty good deal considering it's practically new! I guess this is the ideal time to be shopping for a D800! So glad you found that for me coastalconn
