I could not help but feel for this dag as we were walking the steets of Habana, Cuba. He just looked so sad and hopeless and of course, he made for a great photo op.

It was quite amazing actually. Very different to say the least. It's almost like going back into time with all the very old buildings, some dating back to the 1500's, and old, mainly 50's, cars.
None of the buildings had signage, without a guide you wouldn't really know where what was. The people were quite friendly. We only spent a day in Havana and half a day in the town of Varaderro. We were staying at a resort near the point of the peninsula in Varaderro.
The one thing that was unfortunate is that I wasn't able to take pictures inside the cigar factory. You could spend days in there getting amazing photos. Everything is made by hand and they walk through each department showing you how they do it. Quite impressive actually.

It's a place I would definitely go back to and would love to spend more time in Habana.

It was, it was sleeping initially until after a couple of shots I decided to pet it. Very friendly and it didn't look mal nourished at all. Just very bored and sleepy.
Although we did see a few others that unfortunately did not have the same fate.
