I have to agree with Sparky. There's not much that can be done with the full size aside from a different crop.

Selective focus can be a lot of fun and yeild some really cool results. The problem in this photo, the in focus area is essentially a black hole, just sucking your eye in until it gets lost. IMO, it needs to be "more macro" or "less macro." Right now you're kind of in between.
