That's called "Dutch tilt" here in the USA; I thought that was allowed ONLY on photos made in Holland...no sure though, not living in Europe...

It is also allowed in Germany. It is called "German angle" there. Also in Luxemburg, where it is called "Luxemburg angle", which is 90° to the "Bavarian angle". Which is itself just 90°. I am not joking. Europe is screwed, you know.
