Forgot I still had this one buried in the back directories of my website.
Okay, what do I do with this one?

I'm pretty sure there's a good photo in here somewhere, but I'm not sure I've found it. Do I clone out the wooden stool, do a BW convert, or???

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Looks like a candidate for gradient maps!

Steps for playing with gradient maps on this image:

1. Do Levels, click Auto, then bring the middle arrow (center contrast) up by sliding it to the right.
2. Crop for symmetry.
3. Scale for web display.
4. Duplicate the layer 8 or 10 times.
5. Turn all layers off but one and select that one.
6. Select Image -> Adjustments -> Gradient Map.
7. Pick any freaky one that looks too bizarre to be considered.
8. Then Undo it.
9. Next select Edit -> Fade Gradient Map and adjust till it looks good.
10. Turn that layer off and turn another one on and select it.
11. Repeat from step 6 until all layers are done - it goes by fast!
12. Select the one(s) you like and post them here.
