Monitor calibration

Anyone using Colorvision Spyder to calibrate a CRT? OptiCAL results using standard mode: the best I can do is: diff= 0.089 and luminance = 90. How far off am I? My equipment: Mac G5 dual; monitor: LaCie 19". THanks in advance to all you color gurus for info.

How far off are you? The specs say luminance between 85 and 95 is good. The difference if it is a Delta-E number like most calibration programs, then it's less than 1 the colour is imperceptibly off.

So in other words you did fine
