My 1st Photo posted for critique

This is my first photo I've posted for critique. Did a little post-processing...anyway, other than being a little less than sharp (i don't know the word for that, "blurry"?)....i thought it was intriguing. in fact, i've probably not seen a better picture in my entire life. :mrgreen: hope I have it sized right.

What is the main focus of this photo?

First focus is the man and his dog on the bridge (for me), and adding to this is a second focus, i.e. the rain on the river, showing us that the man walks his dog in the rain. Not too shabby a scene, so I think.

But since you are show-casing your first photo, I'm moving this thread to the General Gallery, that's the place for the photos. The Beginners' Place is more like a Q&A-forum, you see?

The main focus originally was the bridge, but since it focused on the branches midway between me and the bridge, I felt it turned out to be a little better. I think the man and the dog look better softer. However, nothing's really in focus is it? I know.....let me post something else. :er:
