You have a right to be angry because it sounds to me like the designer wasn't customer oriented. Good luck bringing it to someone else. You'll probably have a better experience. Nothing worse than paying someone to not listen to you. That aside, I thought it was clean and clear, and any fine tuning will just be a bonus. I never knew what went into the process of making rings. Very interesting stuff!

David, I've got a few links for you that you should bring to your web development team's attention if they aren't already aware:

Modernizr - What this does is increases compatibility with older browsers. Even if your site is coded with HTML5 and CSS3, IE6 should display the website much better with the implementation of modernizr.

Learn too ****ing spell | Paddy Donnelly - Pretty self explanatory, and good for a few laughs. I know you aren't the misspelling culprit, but you'll get a kick or two out of it.

The whole thing with "Full story" buttons is kinda annoying I think... I like how it's done in the process page. Simple, on the side. Although even there, the dots could be bigger (or better yet, numbered for easy reference). Ideally, don't reload the page but load content using AJAX so that it doesn't jump to the top every time you hit the next (>) button (you won't care though unless you're on a small screen).

This one's a small issue, but why load the entire font for the few words at the bottom?

Lastly, the logo... I know people take this stuff personally. Forgive me But aren't rings supposed to be circular? That onion looks more like a flower jar right now!

Hope I didn't come off as a complete jerk. That's my feedback anyway.
