Saw him in the street so I took a picture for my friend.

what do you think? I know my post-proccesing is far from being perfect so please comment on that also

It's not so much the post processing. It's the lighting that sucks.
You have a bright background and a dark face.
The composition is good. Nice head shot.

If you do not have a flash then get the light in front of the subject. Just my opinion.

As Rick mentioned, the bright background overpowers the darker face. In addition, the face itself is all gray tones. Looking at the histogram, there's virtually no black in the image at all - other than the bright background, it's all mid-tones.

That said, I would darken the background, then turn up the contrast and introduce some actual black tones back into the face to better define it. I'd also blur the background a bit to bring the face out more. Here's a shot at the direction I'd go with it:
