Kuldip, you're welcome. There are tons of people here on this website who have a day off work, or are at work, and they will be here to respond to you in no time at all.
Thing is if you post for C&C, (comments & critique) it will be expected of you to return those kind gestures. Give and receive.

I tried putting up my pic from directly uploading the pic to the forum but as the guide says... but there is no " attach files and Manage Attachments" here...below miscellaneous options
has it been changed to something new?

I created my account in photobucket but it seems am not able to find the correct thing somehow...

You should learn because you will need it, like all the other posters. In your photobucket page there is a Share/copy section (bottom left); chose IMG code and paste it here:

yes defiantly read up on that, i could C&C your image but you wont like what i gotta say. And for future reference don't put your overly bright water mark in the middle of the picture, it kind of ruins it, place it aside somewhere, maybe at the bottom. And Welcome to TPF
