Need help editing a photo please

wow ATX, i had no idea u could do that to a photo!!
and stratman, the brightning looks great, but i think the sharpening made the invisible fence look alittle bit more noticable and you might of over saturated a tad

I just did a quick edit in Picasa, I am no wizard at editing, that is for sure, haha
