well, I wanted to know first if they are OK in terms of technical issues (sharpness, lightning, choice of B&W)

Secondly I want to know if you simply like them

As for the B&W picture I wanted to create and effect that shows how people are rushing on a street.

I also would like to hear some comments on the framing of the photos.

I agree about the first one, but my inclination would be to crop the pole on the left and a little of the empty space on the top.

In the second, the foreground is not as interesting as the bridge, so I'm not sure it works well - perhaps a different vantage point?
