I'm not entirely sure if I'm supposed to be using this to ask questions but here I go. Does anyone know what the method is called for using a still picture, usually a painting, and making it move? Not like a gif, but more like things you see when you watch a documentary on the History channel or something of that nature and they use old paintings and do something to them to make them animated.
