NEW! Canon 20d update?

Hello. I am new to the forum and am getting ready to purchase a Canon 20d. Before I do, I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about Canon releasing a new or updated version of the 20d. Before I drop a big chunk of change, I want to make sure I am getting the latest and greatest. I have already heard from a couple of you (thanks!) and some folks are saying it could be as early as this winter. Anyone have more details?

20Da; only if you are interested in astrophotography. The normal 20D is more than plenty for that price range. If you can shell out more, there is this new 5D that Canon just just released.

For the 'greatest', you must check out the Canon 1D series, Nikon D2X and/or Leica DMR.

AU$4500 is the price ive heard, i cant be bothered converting right now though
