New to Photography. Please review?

I don't mind the crop, but there's a bit too much post-work for my tastes. "overcooked" comes to mind.

I think your intentional focus here was the mossy rocks. Keep it that way.

I kinda like the crop because of the diversity in it.....water, rocks and bushes. But those colors have to get toned down.....

Nicely framed but way too much hue/saturation. Needs to be more natural looking.

Were the rocks really that blue? There's a bit too much colour saturation. Besides that, I'd crop it to just the rocks and stream and try to leave out any foliage. Something like this:
