New to the boards! Some first time opinions?

Hello! I am new to the boards and getting in the world of photography...I just did a friends wedding an hoped for some opinions...

What do you think of this photo? It was by far my favorite! Any tips or suggestions? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.

It's rather bright but I think that's what you were going for here, so that's OK. I'd like to see a little more DOF but there is nothing wrong with how it is here. The one thing that I don't like, is the angle/direction of her eyes. Her eye-lids and lashes are obscuring her beautiful eyes. I think it would look much better if she was looking up at the camera...or at least a little more toward the camera. Other than that, I think it's a great shot...I'm sure that she will love it.

I think the angle of the photo is very nice. I understand what you were going for here, but I still think it's a little blown-out.
