New to TPF - Japan 2011 shoot

I am a very new photographer. I just picked up a Nikon D7000 back in October. Please provide any comments or suggestions. I have been reading lots of books and have attended a few Nikon classes but I am still a blank slate. There are so many talented individuals on this forum so your suggestions any of your suggestions are very much appreciated.

Very cool shots.

The wasabi in front of the salmon eggs is a little distracting being bright green and in the center of the frame. Still cool though.

I like pretty much all of them, but the ones that stand out to me is number 5. It's awesome, maybe just a tiny bit underexposed but I realize the sky was what you were aiming for.
