I was debating on getting a d850 or D780. I found a great deal on a D750. These shots are from the test drive.

Nice. I recently snagged a D750 also that was still under a recall. I sent it to them and basically got a new camera back. I took it to Venice and Rome a few weeks back and love it. It’s bulky and heavy but I lugged around everyday. It’s a great camera.

Given build quality and support from Nikon, trailing edge DSLRs from prosumer to top shelf grade are becoming bargains. Not everyone moving to Nikon MILCs with do adapted lenses, so F-mount glass will likely also trickle down price-wise in the used market. I'm seeing this in Toronto and, alas, it's making me question my sacred vow to shovel no more $$$ into Nikon.

I have a D750 too. Good camera indeed. In reality it's all you need for good photos today. Newer camera are nice for sure but they're just the icing on the cup cake.

F mount glass was the deciding factor in my getting an 850 instead of going with a Z.

Yup. Still think Nikon delayed MILCs far too long and wonder if "brand migration" won't hurt 'em.
