Nr. 3 is definitely the best of the lot. As for the ocean, try avoiding making the horizon the center-line in the picture, aim for bottom third or top third horizontal, for details see tutorial on my pages.

I like #1 and #3 . With a little pp on #1 it would be very good. #3 is good but I would rather see whats behind the post thats just my taste though everyone is different. Good Job!
