I take it that the cows are your main subject here. I'd try lighting them a little bit more, just some good old dodging will do the trick. Right now my eyes have no idea where to keep the attention, keep running towards the bright sky. You could also increase the contrast a bit. And the thing that spoils a good B&W photo - a color watermark.

virtually the top half could be cropped away with no loss.
