If you could ban one person on the forum, who would you ban and why?

On the flip side, who would you protect if you could only choose one person to prevent from being banned?

Here are the only rules, you have to include the following:

  * Who the person is (obviously).
  * Whether you'd ban them permanently or temporarily (how long?)
  * Is for a legitimate reason or just for the "fun" of it?
  * What is the reason?

This can be our own little reality show, right here on the forum
