one from a recent photoshoot. C&C please

Just want to get some critique from one of my recent shoots this is my favorite shot from the shoot. Let me know what you think.

The photo doesnt do anything to me. I dont like the thing she is holding on her shoulder, I dont like her expression, I dont like her shoes. I rather she is looking at the camera. Post other pics with same outift. Maybe it looks better at a different angle.

Well, your model is completely gorgeous and the nicely posed and exposed.
good sharpness and use of dof

I think the problems are:
the extreme slant - exacerbated by the pole- for no real purpose, it doesn't add anything to the feeling and her pose isn't hurt by uprighting the picture..
the brightest part of the picture are her legs - this is almost a panty hose commercial
her face is darker and the left side of her face is in the shadow.

(there also seems to be a pinkish blush in the white stripes of teh awning)

There is too much distraction in the background, no seperation from the background, looks soft due to shutter speed being too slow 1/160 @ 107mm on a d90 is on the limit and who ever designed the dress should be put up against a wall and shot
