I used a combination of tools to first select areas using either the Select Color Range tool or the lasso to make masks, then used various color, hue, saturation, brightness and contrast adjustments to fade the reflections and get them to blend in better with their surroundings, then the Color Replacement brush on some areas to get them even closer, and finally healing, cloning and patch tools for the stuff that still didn't want to blend in very well.If i may ask, how did you get rid of the glare,reflection, and halo?
not that i want to shoot in an aquarium ever again....but you never know.
