Orange Flower

Continuing the path of learning the art of blending tiers of color and subject to form an image with a painting like quality. Tried a shortcut of merging separate images of tiers as layers post processing. It created the inner glow I was looking for, but to me it's lacking the brush stroke look.

More in line with the impressionist approach? Orange Flower #2. Realize this probably doesn't fit some tastes, but C&C please.
