Osprey - Tiny Marsh

Went to Tiny Marsh again this weekend. Went by the Osprey nest for a quick visit. Didn't want to agitate the mother too much. So took a few shots and left.

1. Mother circling around the nest

2. Protecting her young. Unfortunately the young wouldn't pop there heads up. The mother was agitated so didn't stick around.

Birdwise some Canada geese, pie billed Grebe (only one) and black terns in the rain. I posted a few on my Flickr already, still haven't gone through them all. Mostly this time I took pics of insects.

Thanks. Yes it was. It's a beautiful area. Next time I go I'll try to capture the beauty of the place with some landscape shots. I really need the practice.
