But I have to say, the model was not cooperative. He couldn't decide if he wanted to sit still, or go up or down. Nerve-wracking, to say the least.

1. I'm just not sure, Up or Down?

great pictorial story...put them together as a 1x4...

lucky batch of shots :D

Great story. The subject is a little under-exposed in the shots, imo.

Outdoor model shoot!:lol::lol::lol:

Shot 1 for me. Cute as...

I LOVE outdoor models! :)

#1 gets my vote. But I think that maybe a couple thing might help... But then again maybe its just me... :)

I found it to be a little bit underexposed.

So, I took the liberty of doing a quick edit to show what I meant... Using Gimp, I did an Auto White Balance, adjusted the brightness slightly, and through a slight sharpen filter at it.

Thanks!

The lighting was pretty bad, these were all taken under a canopy of trees and I didn't want to bump the ISO up and introduce noise. Was also too far away for my flash to effectively reach (300mm+).

I do like that edit, I will try that with the RAWs :D

#3 is fabulous! You got some rockin bokeh as well as great Tree Rats!

Maybe you didn't pay him enough. Money always talks haha
