Panasonic Lumix DMC L1 & Leica Digilux 3

Hi,

I bought my first digital camera, a Pentax K10D with pancake lens. Although I am very happy with the image quality, its a bit to big and heavy to carry around.

I looked at the Canon 400d and Nikon D40x which are smaller and just as good but they dont have image stabiliser.

Please can anyone give me any opinions on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-L1 or Leica Digilux 3 (same camera apparently the Panasonic is cheaper), it looks great fun and maybe more creative to use. Plus has image stabiliser and with such a great lens (Leica D Vario-Elmarit 14-50mm f/2.8-3.5) that im sure the images would be as good as the K10D with Limited glass.
