Photo Borders

Hello all, new to the board!

Just a quick question, does any know of any good filters for paint shop pro that can produce really good picture borders for black and white photos - you know the ones that look a little "scetchy"

I know of commercial filter programs that operate independant of photoshop to create borders. Such as Dreamsuite
