What makes a photo worth money is finding someone willing to buy it. Any photo is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. The quality of the paper will have some effect on the price. If you want a REALLY expensive option, try canvas. Matting a photo is framing it with a heavy gallery-style border within the frame.
