i went with 1and1.co.uk for my web space, a home package is only £4.99 per month and business package £8.99, but the best thing about going with them was the free software they send you when you host with them. You get over £400 worth of software which covers more or less everything you need to build and promote your sight including "NetObjects Fusion 8", its not as good as Dreamweaver, but for a beginner like me its brilliant and so easy to use. . Making photo albums/gallerys is dead simple.

Unfortunately i had already purchased a copy of NetObjects Fusion 8, and it had cost me £130 I was gutted
