Art supply stores like Jerry's Art-a-rama. Or Utrecht/Dick Blick, all the same company now I think, I don't buy so much from them. I like Itoya products like Charlie mentioned.

I did buy Polaroid film from a studio in London some time ago, but wonder now how on earth I ever found them... Don't know about art supply stores in the UK.

This is what I use for my A3 prints. They do portrait and landscape versions
I use 1 sleeve per pic or grouped pic if I have done a test run on a new paper

I have this one bag by US Art Supply onplanners It fits my 18x24 artwork and there's an outside pocket that can fit my 11x15 artwork.
Solid construction, well made and implemented zippers.
