The composition is nice and she has a great look.
It seems a bit soft to me, like you just missed your focus by a bit and the white balance needs some adjusting, it is a little too orange.
But other than that you did a great job on this one.

X2 on it being orange. The front of her face appears blown out and the rest is extremely orange.

i agree with josh220...though the pose is good, a smiling face, composition is good....but ur white balance did not do well....it is not sweating, that blows out...and besides the light is soft.....tone is distracting but face is attracting. thanks.

Yeah the reason for the orange color is because she was facing the sun as it was setting and and everything had that "glow". I will fix the photo.
