Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello all,

I would like to do timelapse from photos created with my phone (Lumia 640XL). I am using manual mode (locked exposure time, ISO etc.). 90% of all photos are OK. But some photos have purple tint. Please see attached photos - first is OK, second not. Can you please tell me what is the problem?

Thank you.

Are you using a filter on the lens?
If there are longer exposure are you covering the eyepiece to prevent light leakage

I can't see much on my phone but those are common issues

A cell phone with a viewfinder? That's a new one on me.

My guess is an AWB issue.

LOL Never heard of a phone with light leakage before, are you sure?

If you bought it new, it's now a year and a half old. Any drops, or impacts could have damaged internal components and caused intermittent failures of the processing of photos.

As the post above, it's a WB issue. Either set the camera to a stable WB, or adjust in post
