One of my neighbors are Quakers who have operated an orchard for 5 generations. I stopped at their store yesterday just as a major thunderstorm was ending and snapped these photos about 15 minutes apart as the storm ended and some sun came out.

A couple of beauties here - the colours are nice and strong
ps- if / when you see this again, try your CPL filter as well ... you will find that the colours become stronger and the differential between the left and right bits of sky changes as well

Not likely. Only had that happen once, and there was........nothing .
