Looks OK for a starter kit. Down the road you will want to upgrade some stuff (better tripod for example, and higher quality filters) but that should get you started.

As I said in your other thread, I have two XT's and an XTi. I have never felt like I needed more megapixels. The other cameras do have more bells and whistles and you may want to upgrade later, who know? I am happy with what I have and I really think you will be too. I do shoot "L" lenses. Trust me they make more of a difference than more bells and whistles on a body. Start saving your money because you will want more lenses I guarantee it!!!!
