I'm on my phone so sorry I can't view really well but the ambient seems dark and one of the men in number 2 isn't looking.

I agree.. I would get more ambient light and make sure everyone is looking at the camera for group photo.

For shots like the last one.. it is not working for me. I personally would have shot it next to the glass and get their reflection.

yea, I did manage to get this one with them in front of the glass...no reflection though
