i'm trying to post a photo via flickr and photobucket. i paste in the url but nothing seems to work. when i use the "insert image" button all i get is a little red X. any suggestions?

If you gave the link to the photo, I could maybe help you...?
Oh and...are you pasting the URL of the image itself, or the page the image is on?

oh my gosh.. i just figured it out. i figured as soon as i asked for help and made myself look stupid it would work itself out. thanks anyway!!!
