Was this shot with a filter? The sky looks so dark... Its interesting.

The vastness does get conveyed somewhat, but I'm sure its more impressive in person. Perhaps you can pay for my plane ticket to fly there and see it myself? I might need a week or two to really get the vastness of the whole situation.
