“Saguaro Valley” This picture was during the golden hour just before the sky exploded into another beautiful Arizona sunset. I call this area “Saguaro Valley” south of Saguaro Lake in the Tonto National Forest.

The focus looks pretty soft, and my first impression is that the image was 'murky' or hazy.

I wonder if the soft focus is from a small lens aperture and the focus softening is caused by diffraction.

I like the composition. I lived in Tucson for a lot of years.
The desert has a special kind of beauty.

Not sure what happen. The original and the copy on flickr are crisp.

Didn't you post that same picture before with identical comments and subsequent rebuttal?

Can you post the link to the flickr one? There is a painterly effect, which goes well for the gorgeous light you have there ... on the other hand, I'm not sure it goes too well with the overall scene (desert, cacti, spiny sharp things ... haha).

What are you the forum police? It was posted with no response this is re edited with lightroom, after saving for months to buy it. Get a life,
