Good shots. I really like your setup on the second picture. The little girl is in a perfect position. I am not sure if it was you planned, but I find the picture has a spooky aspect to it. No leaves on the trees, the sidewalks are deserted and the fence in the background looks ominus. Could just be me, any how terrific picture and I like the mood.

I am not sure if it was you planned, but I find the picture has a spooky aspect to it. No leaves on the trees, the sidewalks are deserted and the fence in the background looks ominus.

On the other side of the fence is an old auto graveyard. Dozens of rusting carcasses of classic automobiles are just rotting in the weeds back there. The only drivers they've had in decades are the racoons. Both of the houses you see in the left side of the picture are deserted, and have the windows boarded up.

The picture wasn't planned, we were walking to the park, but it is sort of a spooky corner.

I really like the second one. It really evokes a feeling of desolation. I would probably crop out the white car on the far left to further enhance the mood.
