The biggest problem is the way you lit the shot, i would have placed the light lower to get some light under the rim of your hat also i would have used a rim light to your lefthand side, my mum has a chair just like that

Center it, and you'll have a terrific photo no matter how you tweak it. The grain, the high contrast, the Mystery, all work for me in this one.:thumbup:

gsgary - Yeah. I know the lighting isn't great. It was two table lamps. Someday I will get some sort of lights.
