Sensor Problem?

Hi everyone.

I am on a budgie forum, and a member posted about how she is having problems with her camera. I asked if I could post the picture here for help, and she agreed. So this is the picture:

She uses an Hp photosmart R725. Is this a sensor problem with the camera, or what is it? Does she need a new camera? It doesn't happen all the time either, it happens randomly.

Any ideas?

Tell her to try using a different memory card if she has one. Also tell her to format the card she is using at the moment (remember that she must format using the in camera format card option not a computer option otherwise it won't work).

It could be a corrupted card which is causing the problem.
