Since a mention of Photoshop .. I'm guessing she's making the face (perhaps in a bathroom) and the hand holding a donut is PS'd in place.

On a side note, a book I recently bought on prepared meats (smoking and what not) link has a knife 'placed' next to the cutting board that's pretty obvious. It has this uncomfortable angle on it that just screams 'I don't belong here'.

I get it now... This is a photograph of some girl dropping a deuce in the bathroom and the OP photoshopped a hand/donut in front of her face...Excellently disturbing!

All I see is a poorly cropped image of a girl stuffing her face with a baked good. The composition is terrible, the editing looks ok I suppose but it's nothing more than a snapshot and a poor one at that.

Lmao

We were at Krispy Kreme and don't ask me why but that's how they do their walls. This wasn't suppose to be a serious shot. I just wanted to play with the lighting in Photoshop. I used a flash mounted onto the hot shoe. I had two shots, one with it bouncing 45 degrees and the other straight up. I couldn't get the shadows to leave her eye sockets.

bouncing will do that! If you have a pullout bounce card on your flash.. put it out next time. It will send just enough her way to fill the shadows, and do a catchlight...

Do you think also shooting with my camera flash would work in the same way?

Make one... tape a business card to the back of the flash.. with some sticking up above the flash (1"-1.5" is enough)... will make a huge difference. Shoot with the flash at angle (30-45 deg).... or buy one of the commercially available flash diffusers (or google DIY diffusers on the net)
