I think it's well captured. I would like to see a version with sufficient DoF to capture the foreground bristles, and some fill-light image lower right to brighten the dark shadow below the bottom of the bristles.
Agreed with those above. Only thing I would have changed is how much is in focus. The bristles at the front in focus would have been better. I don't mind the shadow all that much in the front but to each his own
Thanks for the great response! As with any image we choose how to compose and light an image.
