Nice. I prefer lighter fabric though. That one blends with the skin color.

My 1st impression was that she was laying in the palm of a hand. With nothing to give scale, the shot appeared to be almost a macro. She appeared so tiny and fragile yet peaceful and protected. I like it! It tricks the mind into thinking about the photo.

I love the color of the fabric actually. It matches the little baby so perfectly!
And I wonder whether you used any kind of lights when you took the shot? I think it's quite impossible to use lights to shoot a baby, but the light on her is lovely!
