Slideshow software??

I would like to burn a DVD slide show and be able to add mp3s for different background music. Can anyone recommend a good freeware program that will allow me to do this and burn to a DVD to watch on my tv?

Noone uses slideshow software? I am also willing to buy some reasonable software ( doesn't have to be freeware/shareware ), just looking for some recommendations from people who have experience with specific programs.
