I commented earlier on my mobile phone. Now that I see this much, much larger on my iMac, I can see some blurring which looks up-and-down, as if the blurring was caused by a shutter release jarring, or by a weak tripod head performance. Look at the secondary or "ghost" image that is above some of the leaves and branches...this is how you can tell the movement was fairly straight, and up-and-down. I looked at the EXIF, and I see 1/6 second, which is a VERY tricky shutter speed for avoiding shake and blurring from camera movement or vibration.
The 1/4 to 1/10 second zone is VERY prone to blurring from mirror or shutter vibrations, oscillation, camera shake, jarred shutter releases, and so on. The reason this speed range is tough is that any vibration or oscillation registers for a good portion of the overall, total shutter open time; with slooooooower times, like say 1 to 5 seconds, slight vibration in the camera registers for a lower percentage of the overall shutter open time, often becoming almost invisible! My personal opinion is that 14,1/5,1/6,1/8 are the worst times for showing camera shake/vibration.
