this week all snow was gone and it was +10 +-, and this morning....it was pretty damn ****ty outside with wind blowing strong and 15-25 cm of snow. welcome in canada.

I'll add a +1 to this, only for Colorado. On Monday in the early afternoon it was 65, sunny and beautiful. Four hours later it was 35 and snowing...hard. The next day it was 20. It's finally getting back to a normal spring temperature, thankfully

Ok. So it came. Well, still going on, but it seems the majority of the precipitation is over. It also caught a lot of drivers having switched to summer tires and quite a few ended up off the road. Of course, the traffic reporters love the chaos this has caused, probably because it makes them feel important. So. About 2-3 inches of wet dense slushy stuff, pretty high winds blowing the snow around from the fields in the country, and generally miserable conditions for having an outdoor tipple or two. No tornadoes. No freezing rain, but that may change. As an "end of the world" event, it won't even make the back pages of the local community paper. But it will result in many tow truck drivers putting in lots of overtime.
