Source for 77mm (Empty) round Filter cases?

I'm tryng to find a source for 77mm size round, lens plastic cases... Can anyone suggest a source? Not much luck Googling...

This is the case B+W uses for their 77mm filters. Note that it does NOT include the foam padding on the inside. You'd need to pick up some foam material and cut it to the size you need.

My local used gear store always has a cardboard box of them (varying sizes) around, selling for next to nothing.
