For Firefox users you can install the spellbound extension. It can also spell check other languages if that's something you are interested in. Although these spell checkers won't help people who use bad English grammar.

I downloaded and installed ieSpell. I love it. I am a computer geek by trade, and need to use a spell checker most of the time. Spelling and grammar is not my strong suit.
